Great staff nothing too much trouble. Always a smiling face, which is great to see. Location great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Train station 3 minutes walk away. Bus station a lot further, not easy walking on cobble streets with wheely suitcases. Nice coffee shop under the hotel which was very nice. Also a restaurant which we didn’t get chance to try. It opens as 8.30 until 10.00 in the evenings. It is definitely worth more than one star. Stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing value for money. We expected so much less for the price (and from the look of it outside), but it was clean, beds were comfy, location was amazing for visiting every day different city (Pamplona, Bilbao, San Sebastian).
