The pool and the grounds are stunning. The style is very lush, bohemian and authentic. I appreciated the welcoming staff, the complimentary water and welcome drink in the room. The spa areas/ gym/ sauna are very nice., and my massage therapist was excellent. I also enjoyed my yoga class which was included in the room rate.The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My superior double room was spacious and comfortable.

Peurto San Miguel was a lovely small cove with a beach and clear waters with a handful of restaurants and 2 supermarkets. It had lots of watersports available (reasonably priced) and sun beds and parasols (€21 for 2 beds and parasol). Puerto de San Miguel is approximately 4kms from San Miguel which is inland. Reliable bus service to Ibiza and Es Canar (limiited timetable). When you leave your hotel you have to walk down to the beach which means you have to walk up to your room - very steep climb so for anyone with walking difficulties it is hard work so you would need to ensure that your apartment is close to reception.

Small place but stunning beach and beautiful views. The caves were beautiful and interesting , and there are some good walks / hikes you can do. We only stayed 2 days, if staying longer than this would probably need to rent a car Or scooter as not much to do there. A beautiful little spot.
A beautiful little spot. It was a joy to wake up listening to the lapping of the waves every morning. About a 30 min drive to lots of other pretty areas. Great as a base but I was glad I had a car as there is not a lot in the village.

The beach is beautiful, restaurants are reasonably priced, with a wide variety of food, the people are very friendly and are able to give recommendations on where to eat etc. Jimmy and Bikini Mexican restaurant is somewhere I would recommend you visit, the food is delicious. I had a fantastic time.

This is a lovely family resort.
This is a lovely family resort. Our apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Clean and modern. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. It is a family resort so expect to see and hear many children and entertainment. Also privacy is definitely an issue given that balconies are attached to each other but no issue if you close the curtains. Location in terms of proximity to the beach is great and the beach near the hotel is fabulous; great for snorkeling. We had a car and drove around the island; it is about 30 min from the old town. If you won’t hire a car I think it might be hard to get around but the hotel and Sam Miguel has everything you need. A great relaxing stay.

There are some different options of restaurants to choose and we ate in the dinner a wonderful dish made with pork. The Wi-Fi was good. There were a list of different activities to do, even though we didn’t do any. You can see the beach from the hotel, whose distance is only 2 minutes walking.
