The location is superb!!! Da building and everything they offer is lovely. Comfy beds, very clean facilities, lovely dining area, terase, laundry room where you can wash your clothes by hand and with washing machine, dry them out in the roof terase.

The lady running this place is just the best, she takes great care to ensure her guests' comfort. For example, I was sitting on the terrace having a drink in the sun and she came out unprompted to move a heavy sun umbrella over to give me some shade. The accommodation is in a very quiet farming village so there's not a lot going on here but this is one of the best run accommodation places I've stayed at on the Camino.
With mountain views, Casa Galego is set in Fonfría and has a restaurant, a housekeeping service, bar, garden, sun terrace and picnic area. A public bath is available for guests.
