Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. We particularly liked the underground parking as we were travelling on our motorbike.

The location is very good, close to highway, stores and a shopping mall.Breakfast is good and plenty. The hotel and restaurant is very dog friendly.Highway is just outside and if you are light sleeper, use ear plugs if the room is towards the parking and highway.Additional fee for dogs was 10€ per night which is reasonable.Extra thumbs up for the staff. I enjoyed our three night stay!

The hotel was beautiful, right in the heart of the old town, overlooking the street where the bulls run during the festival. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.
This refined 4-star hotel combines the tranquillity of this setting, with elegance and sophistication. It boasts a privileged location that unites tradition, history and quality of life.
The receptionist and staff was rude ,unkind and overwoked .We are tourists walking the Camino, when we arrived we are tired, we don't speak Spanish ,our cun card (for phone wasn't working) They refused to help us with a simple phone call to the transport company to forward our back packs finally did it which took them all of 3 minutes ,but they made a hudge deal out of it by talking Spanish loudly abot us to each other
very rude ,Would NEVER recommend this hotel ,unless you can speak Spanish, we were not treated well
Villava could be a good choice for pilgrims who want to avoid Pamplona's crowdedness. During my stay not so many pilgrims stayed here so the room was comfortable. Downstairs there is a big kitchen with many tables and chairs.
Outside the building there's a bar. The albergue is close to a nice park it can be relaxing to spend time there.
The lady at the reception speaks English well. She was friendly and kind.
Excellent hotel, everything was super clean, the reception staff were lovely, the bed was super comfortable and there was air conditioning in the room. Our bed was very big and the room itself was lovely.
It was easy to find this hotel. We stopped here on our way to Portugal from the UK and it was an excellent choice.
Just fine for an overnight stay while passing through. Clean, friendly personnel and adequate breakfast for a very good price -with a possibility to park the care up to suv-size in the garage underneath the hotel (9€ extra)…
Room was super and comfortable. I'm sorry I wasn't staying longer to make the most of it.
Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was really good in the hotel
