The conversion of this beautiful building has been completed with great care. No expense has been spared to create a wonderful space in which to relax. Our room, Tempranillo, was perfectly laid out, with a small lobby offering storage for bags. Off to the side, before the bedroom, a very well laid out bathroom; two sinks with storage under. Through into the dressing area with plenty of hanging space, proper coat hangers and drawers under. Completing this area, a counter with tea / coffee making facilities, fridge and safe.
The bedroom was a lovely space, muted colours and furniture. The attention to detail is outstanding, with art works through the building.
In the lounge area, there is a beautiful collection of Murano glass, shown in display cabinets built through the wall to the restaurant, which also houses a wonderful collection of wine.
Staff are friendly and engaging. Maximiliano was very helpful and in the restaurant, Miren and her team offered help with the selection of wines and menu choices.
Parking is either at the side of the hotel on the street ( perfectly safe) or in a small enclosed courtyard across the road.
All in all, a wonderful hotel.

Lovely Breakfast.
Lovely spacious modern minimalist room.
Comfortable big bed.
Fabulous roof terrace views and seating, and also in front of the hotel.
Lovely restaurant at lower level with great food.
Welcome drinks were a nice touch,
So wonderful to be able to walk to local wine producer's bodegas from the hotel on the local winery tour, and amazing to be able to walk among the vineyards themselves in a short stroll out of the village. Bliss!
The hotel is actually quite beautiful from the outside and the designing of the common areas is also quite nice, related with the winery topic. The whole place was quite quiet, not a lot of people which might be why the soundproof was quite poor from the room.
Id say that the best part of the hotel was the staff
Modern concept hotel. Well located if as we were you are travelling from Mediterranean coast across Spin to Santander ferry.
An hotel that grows on you. Set in the tiny pueblo of Villabuena. Evening meal was tasty local produce & excellent local wines.
Excellent buffet breakfast
Its a modern building in a very quaint town. The hotel is very well designed with great terraces to enjoy drinks. The rooms are very big and spacious and breakfast is included. They had bikes that you can use free of charge so we were able to explore the area and local bodegas.
This hotel is an absolute gem! Set in a tiny little village with vineyards within walking distance. This is my second visit to the hotel and I can't wait to come back.
Hotel restaurant is very understated with great value for money food and wine!!
The hotel is a lovely stylish property with lots of funky touches. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
Very well located in the beautiful region of Rioja. Staff were helpful too.
The room and finish was exceptional. Breakfast very good. Terrific value for money and much better than some of the much more expensive hotels in the area.
