A small town where you can reach everything on foot.Winter is not the best time for visitors.Museums are closed and streets are empty.The old part with lovely wooden houses is worth seeing at any time of the year.Local people are very friendly.

The place is basically ok for one night if you have to stop...
The place is basically ok for one night if you have to stop on your way to Lapland. But you get a bit of an uncomfortable feeling entering a house off-side of town with only digital instructions, and once inside being met by a long list of things you must do and may not do – in order not to have to pay a considerable fine. Next time: camping cottage – as usual.JurgenFinland
