The Location was Excellent and the Staff so helpful and polite. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

This hotel opened recently (less than a year ago) and everything is still new and up to recent standards.
The sea view can be great - but conversely the one from the back of the hotel is really bad, so make sure you secure a room in the front.
Featuring free WiFi, Les chambres du Waterzooi is set in Dunkerque, 400 metres from Dunkerque Harbour Museum. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV.
This was the worst hotel we ever booked.
Staff was noth working we booked a non smoking and it smelled for smoke. Window was not to fix during the night. the Walls are dirty. The entrace walk way was in a desolate state. The entrance lady was very nice.

Hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming.
Hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable. Had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant, best steak I have had for a long time.
My only niggle, would like to see proper cups/mugs in the room, do not like the small plastic cups at all.
We will be staying there again on our return trip.

A basic room that was used for 1 night after a very long drive up from Austria. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Price and proximity (20 minute drive) to the Dunkirk ferry were the main advantages. Car parking was fine. And it is right next to a restaurant - if you arrive early enough! Despite what it says on the hotel details, it has a 24/7 reception.
Arrived and had booked an accessible room! Let out what I assume is the only room for disabled!! The receptionist called the hotel campanile next door who had a room free! We move lock stock and barrel to there and the room was just great. Breakfast great! I would not advise any wheelchair user to use the first hotel! Use campanile as it’s perfect 🙄
Very nice hotel located at a lake just outside Dunkirk. Free Parking, nice staff. The rooms are not so big but all you need is there and the bed is good. Bathroom is complete. Has a restaurant for diner, small bar for a drink in the evening and nice breakfast. Have to be in Dunkirk every once in a while, but for sure will return here.
When we arrived, the hotel could not find my booking, despite booking it and paying already via booking.com. they were full could not help. They didn't offer any help and just told me to move on so they could serve someone else. We had to book another hotel, and then spent ages getting a refund from booking.com
Nothing! We usually find this chain acceptable for a few hours sleep and have stayed at Premiere Classe motels before when crossing the Channel early or arriving to France late as they are conveniently positioned near the motorway. However, this particular one was the worst one we ever stayed at!
It's a budget hotel, so keep your expectations in check! However I found it totally adequate for a night's rest, the bedding and towels were clean, the shower hot, the free wifi fast, all for an unbeatable price!
Compared to other premiere classe hotels this one is terrible shape. Rooms are dirty. Walls need to be repainted. Things were broken inside. Bathroom tiny. Outside does not look like it is maintained.
Great 24h reception which was handy when arriving at 2am. Also they are dog friendly which is great bonus - there are lots of walks just outside of the hotel, I will be definitely staying again .
