Staff was very friendly and helpful, answering questions and explaining very clear everything. Parking was very convenient, location was at around 50 minutes walking towards the city center, which for us was good enough.

The location was perfect, truly in the center of Reims. The hotel is comfortable & well appointed. It had a restaurant & bar for pre & post dinner cocktails. Christian, the Concierge on property was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations & reservations. Also pointing us out to some of the champagne tasting houses within walking distance. He was extremely helpful & professional.

Quirky and fab with THE most dramatic car park portal you’ve ever seen. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the place was squeaky clean with endless steaming hot water. We’re passing through again in three days time and we’re really disappointed that they can’t accommodate us again. We never stay anywhere twice - it speaks volumes that we wanted to. Oh, and breakfast was delicious!
