The location was good, like so many of these hotels it's in a semi industrial area with good access to main roads and autoroutes. The reception area was nice and welcoming and the reception staff had read our late request and put us in rooms next to each other that were even adjoining which helped massively with being a family and having shared luggage. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. It's clearly a family run business.
Fans had been placed in the rooms (although very grubby and dusty) due to the heat as no air con.

Slate tiles and tuffeau stones, a pattern reminiscent of the Loire Valley, are prominent in Blois and the old town is full of charming houses. The township of Blois is gorgeous, the accommodation was clean and roomy, quiet and a short walk to all amenities. The area as a whole is gorgeous. The car park is confusing and a little distant. It also makes you feel welcome if a few extras are provided however this accommodation was sparse. Some places offer a little extra such as oil, salt and pepper, enough toilet paper for your stay which makes the difference. On the whole a lovely place to stay.

A historic and friendly town close to many of the most visited chateaux on the Loire. The town has its own chateau, which is well worth a visit as it is so well presented. Of note was the quality of information in English there. We also visited the Maison de la Magie, which was amusing, but I wouldn't rush back. There are lots of old streets to explore and plenty of places to eat and drink. If you're going by car, research about parking first. We kept our car at the Halle du Grains, which was a hike from the Hotel, but good value and we got used to the commute.

The views of the city from the left bank were beautiful.Despite the heat we enjoyed visiting the Chateau and the old town and it was all within walking distance. We visited a vibrant outside bar in the park on the left bank and had a superb meal at a restaurant called Le Creusille .The setting of the restaurant is in an atmospheric old courtyard ,the service and food was outstanding.

For us two points, 1] restaurant; breakfast superb, evening meal very nice and tasty but a bit limited on the choice...2]pool was fine but for myself - mobility reduced and wife new artificial knee the pool was not accessible as the 'ladder' to enter the water had very small steps and was vertical, with a wider step depth and a ladder at an angle (maybe like \ and not I ) we both could have used pool and hot tub. The sauna was fine !

Historically interesting with a great deal of impressive architecture. Easy to walk around although cobbled streets as in many old places in France are hard on the feet! Eating places expensive but authentic and with good atmospheres and friendly people. In all a very attractive small city to visit.
The spacious apartment is a jewel in every regard. Exceptional location with open panoramic views on the Loire and Blois' harmonious skyline of pointed blue roofs. Every detail has been thought of for comfort and good sleep. Nadia is an exceptional host. Location cannot be best, walking distance to castle and old town, restaurants and cafes and yet quiet and practical to exit town easily to reach the beautiful Loire castles.
A modern, tidy and well furnished apartment in the middle of Blois. Easy to stroll out to see the very old buildings which give Blois such character. Other residents in the apartment were friendly and welcoming, and Blois had surprises with 12th century buildings and a Rose Garden - we were lucky that everything was in bloom when we visited.
A great centre for discovering the chateaux and gardens if the Loire
George and Dominique are extremely friendly and welcoming hosts who speak very good English plus a few other languages. They are very knowledgeable about the region and full of good tips for your visit. They also have a great location for visiting Blois and put out an excellent breakfast spread that we really looked forward to each morning. Highly recommend.
Stunning apartment in a converted former chocolate factory. Lots of space, period features, great decor and stylishly furnished. Outside sitting/eating area. Private parking space almost adjacent. Good location - short walk to Chateau and centre of town. Supermarket closeby. We didn't meet our host but communication was good via SMS. Highly recommended
Beautifully renovated and tasteful. Just away from the main bustle of the centre of Blois but within a 5 minute stroll so very peaceful. Nicolas was a very attentive host and nothing was too much trouble. Maison Blois suited us perfectly and we couldn’t recommend it enough.
This is a beautifully cared for ground-floor flat in the centre of Blois. We had four lovely days exploring the city and the surrounding chateaux’s. The flat is self-sufficient with a lovely kitchen, sitting room and bedroom. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay.
Friendly staff, good breakfast and a nice and comfortable room with all the necessary facilities. Add to that easy and cheap street parking and an excellent location to explore the Blois part of the Loire and its food and excellent wines.
We liked everything. We feel like prince and princess in this amazing historical house and having royal
breakfast in front of Blois royal castle reinforced the feeling. The kindness of our host was truly appreciated.
Staff was incredibly nice and helpful to us. facilities are new and clean. the hotel is 5-10min away from Blois Castle which is very nice.
breakfast is very good and there is free water/tea/coffee any hours !
Very well located next to the Château and in centre of town and near car park. Rooms were very spacious, huge beds, and living area too. Historic old building with lots of character. Would highly recommend.
