The Premiere Classe is always fine. It does not look fancy and is a little worn here and there, but it is always very comfortable and clean and safe, and excellent for a one night stop close to the highway. It's inexpensive and has everything you need. Convenient parking near the room, no schlepping required. Easy entrance, even when you arrive late. It's always quiet at night with early to bed and early to rise people. Friendly crew. There was a great pizza place nearby.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean digs in the town centre with good private parking. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were pleasant. Price reasonable. What's not to like about this?

A quiet, tiny village just off the motorway with no need to double back on yourself if transiting France. A generous community, the host of the Ferme Auberge was preparing Christmas gifts for retired folk in the village when we stayed. Would be great for a get away with a car club or large group holiday in the countryside.

When we arrived in February the room was quite cold and the bedding felt a little damp. The bathroom was a bit of a challenge as the bath/shower was under the eaves of the roof and it was difficult to manouvre round the shower screen while standing in the bath.
Having said this we had an amazing evening meal which was home cooked and the breakfast was really good with home made provisions.
