The ambiance and the setting of the chateau is very beautiful. Our hosts were thoughtful and entertaining, and the meals “par excellence”. Our stay has left us with many happy memories and could not have been bettered.

Our beautiful, comfortable room overlooking the vineyard and Le Cirq Lapopie beyond. We loved the spa facilities and used them every afternoon during our stay. I highly recommend paying for the entire stay access pass to the spa, excellent value 👌. Walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants and bakery. For the village of St Cirq Lapopie itself, it is better to park in P3 and walk, taking in the stunning scenery...or use P6 for a shorter walk 🚶♀️.

Domaine de Bach is an amazing property! We stayed in Le Maison Petit as a family of 6 including 4 young children. It is stylishly furnished throughout, has a very well equipped kitchen (including plenty of cutlery and crockery for large groups), swings, games barn, and en-suite in every bedroom. The particular highlights are the fantastic private heated pool right outside the front door, and the huge estate that it is based on - lots of room for the kids to play, and the grown-ups to explore the woods. There is lots of wildlife to spot - red squirrels, badgers, deer, woodpeckers.
Samuel is the friendliest, most helpful owner - he responds very quickly to any problems, and he was incredibly helpful when we had an emergency with our car. We really enjoyed meeting him.
The setting is so beautiful and peaceful that we enjoyed many days just staying on site playing in the pool. For our days out, we went to the stunning Saint Cirq Lapopie, Cahors, canoeing, rope climbing in Figeac, and visits to the local boulangerie.
Located in Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, 14 km from Pech Merle Cave, La maison de Ganil provides accommodation with an open-air bath, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge.

Everything was perfect. Julie & Sean were amazing hosts. The house has been renovated to a wonderful standard with lots of love and care. The location is in a tranquil spot by the river and a great place to walk, stroll or even take a run. The room was super comfortable and clean. The breakfast was cooked by Julie and was generous, fresh and delicious. Both Julie and Sean made us feel more than welcome. The village is about a 5 min drive away and so very convenient.

A lovely part of this country, with plenty of walks and sightseeing opportunities. We stayed for a week in this area and were very near st. cirq la popie which is an area of outstanding beauty and charming little streets in a medieval style setting. There are lovely souvenir shops and plenty of good restaurants offering value for money. One we tried there worth mentioning is La Tonnelle, value for money, quick service and full of well cooked quality food!!! Arrives on large plates, so make sure you're very hungry
