The whole place was a pleasure. The room, facilities and food were good. Anne was a lovely host and pointed us in the direction of a local restaurant that was exceptional.

The room was nicely furnished with a comfy bed. Space to leave your bikes if you bring them along, proximity to the canal is great if you want to do a biking tour of the area. The communal breakfast area was welcoming with many interesting books (neat regional histories in French and car relevant ones for enthusiasts) and games are available. Honesty bar is set up well with options of a non-alcoholic persuasion also. The large garden at the back was lovely. Breakfast was very worthwhile, with large assortment of options of both drink and foods (the yoghurt is a must), and ability to make your own fresh crepes (thanks Martine for my lesson), or an omelette/scrambled eggs to your own liking. Martine and Rudi are super friendly hosts (their puppy is also lovely :p), thanks very much for our stay!
