The setting is lovely and well maintained but the cabins are too close together for any privacy.

From previous reviews I was a little worried but the lady at the front desk was actually pleasant ( must be a new staff member) . We only had an overnight stay on a long trip to Paris so for what we paid it was ok. The room, bathroom and the beds were clean. Admittedly the decor was very dated. We did not plan to have a shower there ( from previous reviews)so I can't talk about those facilities but for an overnight stay on the way to Paris it was very cheap and adequate. There was a clean towel near the shower so we used that as a hand towel to dry our hands with after using the bathroom. We left early in the morning so we didn't stay for breakfast ( there is a delicious budget friendly chain of boulangeries called Marie's) down the road so we made a quick pitstop.I suppose all in all the money we saved on accommodation , we used on a nice dinner in Paris. The stay was quiet and adequate and in the same situation where we arrived at about 7 pm and left early I would probably do it again. Size of rooms were as you would expect from a budget accommodation. The mattresses were a firm sponge type so comfortable but tight on space. The parking was right out the front of our door so it was easy to bring in luggage and it was free.

The room was very functional - clean and comfortable. It is what is it is - an overnight B&B Hotel chain. Location was very convenient as near to the motorway (but not too near for noise pollution).

The staff was very agreeable and welcoming. The room was rather small but it was very pleasant because it was calm, we could not hear any sound from the street.

The location was very convenient with nice surroundings and plentiful car parking. The twin beds were very comfortable.
Nice setting in it's own grounds on a quiet country lane. The hotel itself was quite run down, but parts had been tarted up for the booking.com photos. Our room was very tatty, horrid tiny mouldy shower, naff decor and uncomfortable little bed. Dinner was next door, the outside terrace was nice, but the food seemed to be straight out of the freezer. Don't bother paying a lot for a "menu". Breakfast was in a tiny room, nothing special, and you had to book your slot in advance.
Wanted an overnight stop en route from St Malo to Annecy. This property is a hidden gem. We wish we had stayed longer. Lovely country / woodland setting. the staff were so friendly (especially Sandra at the restaurant). good mix of hotel rooms and cabins.
great beautiful hotel like stay. an oasis after many kilometres coming back from south. amazing food in the restaurant. great swimming pool. nice comfy rooms. spacious bathrooms. great breakfast.
There was a woman at the reception that had to problem solve for all the problems with this hotel and restaurant. She did well, but it was a shame that she had to.
