Dinan is beautiful and we are sorry that we were only staying for 1 night as part of an organised event. We ate at La Terrasse by the old bridge on the river. The food and staff were excellent. We were able to walk from and to our apartment through the old town without problem. Just be aware that it is steep walking back up from the river to the pedestrianised area of the newer town.

Cafe culture, beautiful views, charming and vibrant town sq with weekly market. Tranquil. Too much to see in one day. Take a two hour electric hire boat with a picnic down the river. Eat Moules until you can't move and relax.

Charming place, especially the port.
Charming place, especially the port. No boats - while we were there -to St Malo because of the tides, as the river is tidal up to Dinan. The older part is almost traffic free. Fascinating shops, deli's, market on Thursday.

Loved Dinan, its so pretty , every street is pleasing to walk along, and has lots of attractions around the area. Plenty of great places to eat and drink or sit outside the cafe's and watch the world go by. St Malo is a 'must' to see, very similar to Dinan.

We only spent a day in Dinan as we were on our way home at the end of our holiday. Dinan is beautiful and worthy of a longer stay. We will definitely go back and spend more time there and in the area.

We only stayed two nights and didn't get a chance to fully explore but we liked what we saw. The apartment is in the Port area. It is really well equipped and the host was friendly and informative. A short walk away (but up a steep hill - so you deserve your first beer) is the medieval pedestrianized area of the town which has many bars and restaurants.
We plan to return another time.
Room was large ensuite with heated towel rail, hairdryer and good hot water. There was a good size wardrobe with hanging space and ample shelves which was within the wardrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities and ample sockets. The room overlooked the place duguesclin where there is plenty of parking and there is also parking in front of Hotel. The hotel is ideally situated to explore Dinan and there are many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance
Christoph welcomed us with friendly chat and a warm smile and grabbed us a beer and water which was welcome after our 90 mile ride from Vannes. Bikes stored securely. Super hot shower, comfy bed, crisp sheets & the restaurant is cosy and eccletic, a mix of England & France. We had the tasty set menu & Christoph had ready early coffees for us before we left for the ferry. We shall return again! A wonderful stay! Thankyou Team Christoph!
Wonderful stay in Dinan! We wanted to add a third night but it was already booked. Samantha and Phillipe were so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to accomodate our daughter who joined us. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, delicious French breakfast and so beautiful. We hope to return!
Well located hotel with a carpark. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was small but well organised and our room also had a private balcony which gave us a lot more space.
Everything was very clean.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in Dinan.
This was the best location for a hotel in Dinan! I didn’t know it when I made the reservations but this really was an awesome location. Geraldine, the manager, was awesome, she helped plan a great day full of exciting things to do in the region. The hotel was very quiet and a perfect relaxing spot.
Roxanne and Kevin were wonderful host. Then provided a great breakfast and made us feel very welcome as it was there home. They went out of there way to satisfy all of needs and questions. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the medieval city so it is very convenient to walk the entire city.
Charming, comfortable little heritage hotel just a 4-5 min walk from Dinan’s historic centre. Simple but very pretty and tastefully done interiors, and best of all: owned and run by a very friendly, efficient and hospitable young couple who give great recommendations.
A beautiful medieval house that is very nicely furnished and very well equipped. It’s in a very picturesque street close to the port of Dinan. The whole town is beautiful and the people very friendly. And Kim was a very responsive and helpful host.
Wonderful location, within the old town of Dinan. Extremely charming property as was the host, Ghislain. The hotel was a mixture of the historic (16th century) and the practical with all the modern conveniences. Breakfast was excellent and fun.
The location is excellent, right in the historic part of Dinan. The hotel has spaces in a nearby underground garage, which is a great advantage. The staff is very friendly. We found the breakfast particularly good.
The apartment location at the Impasse Reslou, a dead-end street in the heart of old city was great and it was nice and quiet there. There were no rooms at the main hotel, so we stayed at apartments nearby.
A lovely hotel right in the heart of Dinan, so an excellent location. The room was rather small but the bed was comfortable and the whole space was immaculate. A very lovely shower.
Beautiful apartment with all the services we needed right in the center of the old part of Dinan. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive. Clean, comfortable, charming.
