Manager also more than understanding when I discussed some issues, they get 5 stars for service (- unfortunately booking did absolutely not react to my request which actually casued the Main issue for my stay, up until this day bookingcom has not come back to me- 0 stars for booking)

Friendly staff who spoke English and didn’t laugh at my attempts at speaking French. It’s 30 minutes door to door for Disneyland. The buffet in the adjoining hotel was good value for money.

We stayed for 2 nights to visit Disneyland Paris.
Excellent service from the reception, polite, friendly and always happy to help. 10/10
They let us check in early at no extra cost, which was great with the children.
They arranged transport to the parks, the driver was friendly and collected us for the return to the hotel.
The room was perfect, spotlessly clean.
Unfortunately we did not eat at the restaurant, we wished we had as the food and prices looked really good.
We would definetly stay here again.

My three-night stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The accommodation was splendid, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering ample comfort for my stay. The spacious living room was a welcoming retreat, and the well-equipped kitchen made it convenient to prepare meals.
One of the highlights was the inclusion of a washing machine and drying machine, though I didn't get the chance to utilize them fully during my stay. Nonetheless, it was a thoughtful addition that added to the convenience.
The hotel's green area with fitness machines was a pleasant surprise, providing a refreshing outdoor activity space that both adults and children could enjoy. The swimming pool and whirlpools were also delightful amenities, though I would have preferred the whirlpools to be a bit warmer. Nevertheless, the comfortable lounge chairs surrounding them made for a relaxing experience.
The steam baths and sauna were exceptional features that added to the overall luxurious experience of my stay. I left feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly satisfied with my time here.
I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing all that this wonderful hotel has to offer once again.
