This hotel is in a great location for a stop over on the way to / from Calais. It's functional, comfy and clean. My exceptional rating is swayed by one of the staff, Carole who went above and beyond to reunite my daughter with the teddy she left when we rushed out to make our Eurostar. She is the epitome of fantastic customer service, reassuring us when we called on the way to Calais that her team would look for the bear and then messaging us when it was found for contact details so it could be posted home.
