The staff were universally fantastic- polite, spoke excellent English, were well informed and extremely well trained. In some very up market hotels with Michelin restaurants the junior staff seem anxious lest they make errors. Not here. They were so well trained and confident that they were a joy to deal with .
The grounds are lovely. The food fabulous with a wonderful dinner at reasonable cost. The breakfast was excellent - I wish we could have eaten more of it.

Good guy at reception. We could lock our bikes in technical room. Helpful staff. Great for one night, not so much for longer stay since the rooms are very small. Breakfast was nice.
