Excellent stopover, from Isabelle's warm welcome to the beautiful setting, the comfort, the cleanliness, the food - everything was perfect. Set in secluded countryside, in 2 hectares of woodland, this little haven of luxury is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. Our room was big and airy, the bed was really comfortable and bedlinens were top quality. Everything has been thought of, there are little personal touches everywhere. Beautifully decorated, our huge bathroom contained plenty of towels, bathrobes, fleurs de douche, everything we needed. We arrived in the evening on a cold rainy night and Isabelle provided us a fabulous meal. Breakfast was spectacular. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Cabane Rouge-Gorge - everything was perfect. The treehouse lodge was located in the middle of woods, surrounded by lots of trees, it was so peaceful and quiet. We were met by our host who showed us to the location and around the accommodation once we arrived. The lodge itself was so comfy and cosy and provided everything we needed. The outside space was great, especially the wood fired hot tub was the highlight for us both. Each morning we received a lovely breakfast that was dropped off in a beautiful basket - the yogurts (which I think were homemade) were delicious. It was a perfect stay and I'd highly recommend - we didn't want to leave.

Hi, I stayed last week end for a couple of nights, and frankly we loved the place. The facilities are beautiful, the breakfast was great, the staff prove to be helpful, professional and nice at the same time, that really added a great touch to our stay. We live in Bordeaux and we will definitely recommend the place. I hope we will soon enough find the time and budget to come back when the tourist season is over. Two small details we thought could be improved : bathrobes to reach the pool or stay in the room ; and a pencil next to the guest book :) !!
