Excellent reception by the owner, very friendly and professional. The room was modern, yet in keeping with the tradtional building, giving a contmepory and stylish interior.
The restautarnt and its staff were superb and of the highest quality whislt not being stuffy at all.

The location was lovely..very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It is a lovely village, with a nice walk, Our hosts were charming and the bedroom large, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a small, family run restaurant on two occasions for a light meal. There is a local shop, fuel station and some small shops. We liked the free parking right next door to the hotel. The hotel had a very private, clean swimming pool and seating area. The garden is very pretty and private, with a gate to the village.

A very pleasant location directly adjacent to an old medieval village. The breakfast was excellent with hot food and an extensive buffet. We had booked dinner but missed this due to late arrival due to bad weather so cannot comment. The menu did however look inpressive with local produce.
