The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The bathroom was very good, especially the shower. The location was excellent, a short walk from the metro station and from local shops, including a big supermarket and a good bakery, as well as lots of restaurants and cafés. It's easy enough to get in to central Paris, just leave enough time. The host was very helpful, friendly, and easy to contact. The bed was comfortable. There were little extra touches, which were appreciated, like slippers, a candle, even some chairs for the balcony. The parking space is in a secure, underground, car park, which felt safe. There was no noise from the neighbours and not much from the street, the insulation is good.

Before and during the stay, the hosts answered questions and sent messages to make sure everything was okay. The rooms of the apartment are quite spacious, the bed and furniture are comfortable. The instructions provided by the owners are very thorough and clear, any answer can be found in them. Good neighborhood, close to cafes, grocery stores and metro station (~500m). Favorable location, good access by public transport to both the airport and the center of Paris. It was clean. The bed was very comfy. Communication with the owner was very efficient. An additional advantage was the possibility of leaving the luggage in the apartment in the morning after arrival.
