The hotel receptionist was very friendly but the hotel definitely needs a renovation. Although we don't have any complains, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location, small city centre has a beautiful garden and a couple of cafés but the small bistro's were all closed during the day .. they only opened as from 7pm, we were just before the season beginning of April ... overall it was a stopover on our way to another destination and we could park our car at a closed parking space in the building.

Absolutely beautiful location, stunning views, gardens and rooms. Wonderful experience, surrounded by great beauty and care in the restoration of this gem of a romantic hideaway.
