Convinient to Metro station and foodd shopping/restaurants. Also, within a reasoable reach to the center of the city. The staff were very polite and helpful. This made a big difference to our stay. The accoation was in a quite side street and safe (front doors and also room).

The location is amazing just nearby the main tourism areas as well as a clean side of Paris. Also the staff were very friendly and nice.
We have had a fast and nice check in.
Their breakfast is delicious.
We took a room with a balcony in front of eiffel tower and it was amazing.

I needed to take a morning train from the Bercy train station, so I decided on this hotel because of its proximity. The room was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis Styles. It had all the basics you can find in a 3-star hotel. What was particularly good was the breakfast buffet (with a machine that presses fresh oranges to make juice!) and the staff. The manager was showing guests how the breakfast room “worked” and even greeted me upon departure; he could not have been kinder.

This modest little hotel offers great rates and easy accessibility to the Paris Metro. There are shops and restaurants nearby, so it's easy to pick up what you need to have breakfast "at home". We also bought groceries to make sandwiches while we were out and about - all you need is a baguette, some cheese, and maybe a tomato! You'll need something to wrap it in - the kitchenette has all the basics, but not that! There's a lovely gift shop on Rue de Paris, right around the corner to the left that has all kinds of artisan items - and very good prices! The museums were selling similar items at a much higher price.

Pre-arrival check-in and payment requirements were annoying.
Pre-arrival check-in and payment requirements were annoying. They charge you through a separate system rather than booking.com, which requires a working phone for 3D confirmation. I had to pay for my phone that day in addition to the foreign transaction fee to my bank in the US. Also, what is the point of asking for an ID before arrival if you ask it again on arrival? I found these procedures unnecessarily burdensome.

It is completely falsely advertised.
It is completely falsely advertised. This is not an apartment with terrace, it is an apartment share with your grandparents.
I can't think of much on their advert that is true except there is a bed.
Do not be fooled by the look of yhe pictures and description, you will be severely let down.
How booking.com can allow these lies it a disgrace.

Lovely suburb of Paris ; close to everything Paris has to offer with the feel of a little vibrant community all its own. We loved the shopping on Rue du Paris especially Le Coin du Pain and the Theater Classic.

hotel position is ok for moving in Paris, very close to the metro.
easy the pick up of the room keys.
the room was not the same that appeared in the photos website.
it was very dirty and without maintenance.
after complaining, the room was not cleaned, spider's web and molt in the wall corner.
The staff in the hotel were always very nice and chatty, they took the time to ask how we were and if we needed anything from them, nothing was too much bother. The location was excellent with the Metro (5 mins)/tram and bus routes (10 mins) walking distance. It was an easy Metro ride to the center of Paris and also to Disney Land.
The room was big enough with cooking facilities if needed, it was clean and comfortable. Free tea and coffee supplied with top ups up needed.
Everything, as in! From the friendly staff to the hotel room. All you need for a comfortable stay is there. They even have body lotion. Qua location is also good, not too busy and there are so many business establishments and food stalls in the area. The room has a small dining table and a kitchen where you can even cook, everything is to your disposal. Mind you this residential hotel is also not expensive. We definitely stay there again if we ever visit Paris again.
Location of these studios are at the end of Metro link 11 Marie Les Lilas. If travelling here by Eurostar take tubs 5 from Guard du Nord and change at Relublique for Line 11. Reception staff were magnificent. So helpful. Plenty of towels and very comfy beds with excellent showers. Sufficient cutlery and working microwave. Pre Christmas break so Paris was even more superb. Hit chicken shop on main road is excellent value. Mac Donald service slow!
Location is really good, and I can say for people who is hesitating, I hadn't any problem with come and back to the hotel. Two steps away is metro, M11 from Louvre - Merto Châtelet to Metro Mairie de Lilas is 30 min. Actually aplication RATP helps in traveling. Also we liked kitchen, coffeemachine, big bathroom, actually quite big room. The linen was clean. Everything was comfortable for us.
Location was very good, 2' to metro station and straight line to downtown Paris about 20' ride. Beds were confortable, kitchen equiped for basic needs a bit outdated but functional, quiet. The underground parking is safe , a bit narrow pay attention to the size of your car 5m x 2m. There are a lot of places near the hotel to buy food, patisseries etc.Helpfull staff.
The hotel was nice and clean.
It is 2 mins to metro station and takes around 20 mins to get to most attractions.
There are supermarkets, bakeries around the hotel so easy to arrange food and drinks.
We stayed in big room, no complaints with the size.
The staff was really friendly helpful
Good value for money.
The two folks at the reception desk were warm and friendly - always greeting guests with a smile; I felt a personal touch that I've never experienced with other hotels where the receptionists are usually professional, but impersonal. This made my experience really stand out.
