We finally visited Millau to see the Viaduct (Bridge). The property itself is exquisite and the owners delightful.
You should be aware access is via a narrow ,winding hillside road affording wonderfull views of Millau, the bridge the countryside.
At night ,think Mulholland Drive ,LA.
WiFi was intermittent but out phones received 4/5G fine. Sure this could be improved by speaking to the owners if of concern.

We went purely to see the viaduct. We drove over it and went to one viewing point on the day we arrived and the next day we went to visitor centre and walked up to a different viewing point. Breathtaking views whilst driving around.

There's so much to do in Millau apart from visiting under the famous viaduct.
You've got the Gorges du Tarn, Cirque de Navacelles, Roquefort for cheese and down the road you have the very famous Grotte de Clamouse (Which I can proudly say my family helped discover)

Travelled up from Toulouse and thought the views were good before arriving north of Millau. Then saw the Viaduct and town below. Superb.
Friendly people, good bars, what more could you want other than more time to enjoy the town and surrounding area. Sadly I did not have enough of it.

Millau is the site of the sky bridge across the Tarn gorge.
Millau is the site of the sky bridge across the Tarn gorge. The bridge is worth visit and also the old farm, that you can reach from the north bound carriage way, that holds a display of how the bridge was constructed. You can also see the bridge from the gorge by driving along the river through Millau town. Going the other way you can visit the Tarn & Jonte gorges and the many attractions (eagles, vultures, caves and breath taking panoramas.
Excellent location for the town centre, shops and restaurants. We stayed here for one night after motorcycling over the Millau Viaduct. There is secure parking for the bikes at the side of the hotel in a locked courtyard / covered area. The rooms are not to fancy and are standard Ibis size, everything is clean and works. There's a bar at the reception. We opted for the 'express' breakfast which is a tea /coffee and a couple of pastries, reasonable value at 4 euros.
From before we arrived until we left was amazing, receiving a really useful booklet covering details of the hotel, things to do in the local area was great.
Arrival, amazing room, beautiful hotel which has been renovated to a very high standard.
The town is nice, the people are so friendly, we really enjoyed the stay.
The hosts Stéphanie & Pierre were amazing, friendly, welcoming and just great people.
We will be back for sure
Clean friendly, secure, easy to get to. Food is excellent. Staff were lovely. We could park our motorbike securely. Rooms were comfortable clean and spacious.
We came accross this place by accident, a fortunate accident! Spotlessly clean, the hotel isn't interrupted by the bowling alley, and in fact we had a great night bowling our first night.
We booked a 2nd night!
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet them. I've arrived for the big running event that starts at 5am and that day they even moved the breakfast to 3am. Breakfast is good. You can buy beer at the reception. Private parking is rather big: there were many people in the hotel (nearly full?) but still lots of free space to park.
Our host was most welcoming. Our room was very comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. This quaint hotel was the manor house of a local industrialist and has lovely grounds in the middle of town. Appreciated being able to park on the grounds.
It is near the city and you can reach every place in just a few minutes. The price to stay is very acceptable and not really expensive. I did need a place near the Millau Bridge "Viaduc de Millau" and it was my first choice.
Fantastic hotel - staff super friendly and helpful. Close to the centre of town and the rooms were very well equipped. Loved the separate toilet room from the shower room! We found easy parking down the street.
This was my 2nd stay at the Cevenol and I chose to stay there again because it is a lovely hotel with very pleasant staff, excellent food and in a good location. Large car park and a swimming pool.
Excellent location just off the motorway
Good food and drinks at the restaurant
The bed and hotel room were comfortable
This is my second stay at the property and I will definitely stay again
Everything. Excellent location, facilities and customer service from staff. Needed space in the shade in the carpark this was done with no problem. My favourite hotel.
excellent location for exploring the local area and easy access to MIllau. The hosts are wonderful people and very helpful. The property is beautiful as well.
Super central location. They have motorcycle parking at the front of the hotel but it is not necessarily secure but the area seems safe. Breakfast was awesome
A great location with exceptional views. A typical Campanile hotel with a generous bedroom with direct access to outside- perfect if you have a dog in tow.
