We always enjoy staying in this magical hotel. Corinne and Jean-Claude are very warm and always there for you. The animals are sweet as sugar. The rooms are tip top and furnished with love. We love breakfast there. The garden is wonderful and was designed with love. For us it is one of the most wonderful places in the world.

We stayed in Nyons for a week.. but we were not "exploring"...
We stayed in Nyons for a week.. but we were not "exploring" Nyons. We decided the town based on the MTB riding in the area (4seasonsbikepark) and then explored the area close to Nyons in all cotes du rhone.. Nyons is really cozy but can feel dead during the week and of course in 1-2 days you saw it all..mostly all.. but you are at 1.15h drive from Nimes, Avignon, Orange, Montelimar (really close), Valence.. cheers tasting all the fantastic secret domaines around !

A fantastic place to visit with many great little finds. From fantastic food in the many restaurants. Walks by the river with the dog very refreshing. Great old town to explore with many great views to soak up no matter the weather. The market is great to visit as it has got lots of variety and is huge you can take the whole day meandering the streets. Nyons is an ancient town — a Greek trading post before the Romans arrived. Some of the Roman presence is still evident, as it is for many towns in that region. It is an easy drive from Nyons to many Rhone vineyards, and the backroad drives themselves are spectacular, with stunning topography, fields of lavender, and many picturesque towns.

Butter, jams, teas, coffee, olive oil, salt & pepper. It was a delight to be able to cook some meals. The garden and sitting area, complete with a hammock was a very relaxing place to sit or have a meal. Nyons has an excellent market, food, clothing, bags, hats etc and gets extremely busy, it is also a lovely friendly town.
