We picked this hotel as it was close to a tesla Supercharger and we were enroute to Switzerland. We've previously stays at the novotel chain and generally had good experiences. Unfortunately in this instance we had incorrectly booked the wrong date with booking.com, but within a minute of finding out that we had booked the wrong date it was impossible to change the date. In the end I made a second booking with the aim of speaking to the hotel about the possibility of a refund or change of date. Sadly this was not possible so very unhappy about this...
