If you are cycling then this location presents a challenge as it is 2km up a step hill, BUT well worth the effort. It is a quiet location with brilliant views and the hosts are the best. Dinner costs €29, but it worth ten times that. The food is cooked in house to the standard of Michelin 5 star. We have never dined so well. The rooms are cosy.

This separate, self-contained apartment with outside space and swimming pool access was exactly what we needed after a long day's cycling. We arrived earlier than agreed but were greeted warmly and shown into the accommodation, and settled in immediately. The garden was a quiet oasis to sit in and the pool wonderful to cool off in. The kitchenette had everything we needed, with breakfast goodies left by the host to be enjoyed at the time of our choosing.

Hosts were exceptional, so welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. The house was had an elegant and old fashioned style and very spacious. it was lovely to be able to have a refreshing swim in the pool .

Very quite place in the middle of nature, yet easily accesible. Wonderful hosts and very nice house. Large and clean rooms with good beds. A pity we only stayed for one night. Excellent breakfast and good wifi.

The hosts were excellent. Drove us to a nearby village for dinner and went out of their way to show us some of the highlights of the surrounding area. Facilities for cyclists were excellent.

A proper Pigeonnier! Beautifully renovated. Not a lot of room, for obvious reasons! Wonderful comfortable bed. Good swimming pool. Hosts fantastic. Breakfasts out of this world!
