We did not receive an email for directions to the property until 3 days after we left! We arrived very late and drove round and round. We had to ring the contact number at midnight for help. Stressful.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean with a big TV. The breakfast was excellent. We were in Toulouse for the night before an operation at Medipole. Very convenient. Secure car park too.

I did not have breakfast. I asked to use the Nespresso coffee machine and they said yes (free of charge). It is far from the center (I knew that and it's ok as I needed to be in that area). But getting to the center using the Teleo + metro is very convenient, about 35 minutes, and the Téléo experience is a plus.
