Rude, unhelpful receptionists, mixup with the reservations which might be booking.com fault but the staff was not helpful in solving the issue of unexplained double reservation satisfactorily. Very bad access to Orly airport.

The receptionist was disrespectful and rude even though I was injured. He hardly noticed me even though I was the only client at the desk. I had to beg to be checked in and he didn't help me with my bag even though I couldn't put my right foot down and was on crutches. I've never seen anything like that. Do not go to this hotel if you are handicaped you will get no assistance at all. Psychological it was worse than physically for me as I was alone and I had to do a long journey the next morning at 5 I got no confort. I felt more lonely than ever. I cried in my room. The location is very confusing if you are taking the bus or walking. The hotel is sort of hidden behind a bridge and other hotel. The next day when I ordered a Uber it didn't find me. And the area seems a bit dangerous. I don't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel says it's a 24hour desk but there is no one after 9 and very early in the morning so if you needed help don't count on it. Although it seems that the person that was there when I arrived was actually worse than if I had to deal with a machine alone... It is definitely not worth the price. You would get better care in a crowded supermarket than in this place as a client.

I AM NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL IN PARIS
We loved the spacious and clean family room. Was perfect to rest up after our long haul flights before heading to Paris city. The sofa bed was already made for the third guest when we arrived. The Buffett breakfast is good with a generous variety. having the option to eat at the hotel was really good because there weren’t many eating places near while we were there in April 2022 probably due to covid. We were 1 adult and two kids.
What a delightful difference from the two other hotels I've stayed at near Orly this year. Clean, comfortable, nice decor. Liked that there was a free shuttle to Orly. Be forewarned - if you don't know your terminal (mine wasn't on my boarding pass) there are no signs telling you which airlines are in which terminals.
We were welcomed by very nice man in really late night hours, so it is definitely an advantage that you can check in there even late. Hotel is really good comunicated with Paris Orly Airport. Receptionist was really nice to us and made sure that everything is okay. :)
It is very close to the Orly airport so if you’re in Paris for a layover and want a comfortable place to sleep then it’s fine. There’s no staff but the machine is easy to work. Value for money considering location.
Localisation is ok, close to Paris Orly and not far from City centre.
Staff were friendly.
Tesla supercharger available if needed, which was useful for me.
Booked this hotel because it is close to ORY airport and had shuttle service for our overnight stay. Staff is friendly and shuttle service is convenient.
