Excellent hostess, waited for us to arrive even though we were four hours late because of a breakdown. She showed us around and then returned with a bottle of wine , to help us relax after a bad day.

The hotel staff are really friendly and approachable. The parking is excellent, and the team are very experienced in helping you navigate the car lift and turntable (don't worry, not as daunting as it sounds).
