Exceptionally helpful lady on reception. The weather was extremely hot and we realised after a few minutes that the aircon wasn't working in our room. Went back to reception, she came immediately, agreed and we were allocated a new room within three minutes.

The hotel is located 15 minutes from the centre of Rennes and just 45 minutes from Saint-Malo. It is situated in the area’s main business area.
