A good base for exploring this part of the Loire Valley.
It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the river which was really nice but you need a car to get around anywhere else.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable and it was good to have parking.

It’s a quiet place with every thing you need for a comfortable stay. The place was easy to find, received an access code for the door the day before and had no trouble getting in and settled. The wifi speed was great (150+mbit/s both ways) which was important for me since I could easily work from there.

The town is lively and full of young energetic people of color. It felt like home. It is difficult to find people that don't speak French here so be prepared to do quite a bit of Google Translate. This however is not a complaint just an observation for non-French speaking people.
Food establishments are diverse and if you love African food I'd recommend placing aon order through Uber eats. I'd recommend a vendor called Foodside. Very yummy filling food.
There's a water body nearby where a lof of the young people hang out its quite peaceful and not unruly.
I felt somewhat safe but one should always be careful and vigilant wherever they travel to. The streets are quite thin and its difficult to find parking so leave your car the the hotel and explore the town on foot or public transport.

The hotel itself was nice and modern, fresh and well kept, secured with a perimeter fence and barrier entry, which was great as I had 4 bikes on my car left overnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very tasty if not a little pricy. Breakfast was great, there was a huge selection. There was a bouncy castle for the kids close by to the pool, which itself looked inviting.
The room was pleasant and the beds were super comfortable.
You get what you pay for: honest hotel for a fair price. We stayed the night of 30/07 on our way to our summer holiday destination. It’s a bit old, but a clean hotel. perfect for a short stay. Breakfast is good and the friendly employees deserve a special mention! Location is good, as it’s a 2-3km walk from here the centre of beautiful Orleans.
Super friendly and welcoming staff! Extremely clean hotel with a secure parking lot behind the hotel. We loved the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel. Having a bar and lounge area was very nice. The hotel is easy to find from the main motorway. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
I liked the beds. They are not soft, but a bit harder. Gave me really good sleep. Also the location is nice in a park, not very loud (though you do hear the people smashing the doors outside your room in the morning).
Also the parking is great just next to the hotel.
Lovely staff happy to go beyond the expected to help, very clean hotel, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. We stopped there on our way back to the UK and will surely be staying again. We travelled as a family of 5 with 3 children aged 10, 4 and 3.
The staff was super friendly, the hotel's location is really very nice, and the pool was absolutly the right place to be with young children and the heat wave we had. Lot's of activities around so super easy to use it as a basis for touring Aksace!
Better bathroom that other cheap hotel options. Good aircon. Hotel restaurant was closed and the receptionist gave us alternatives. Close to tram stop so we went into Orleans centre.
The hotel is simple and clean. A little run down in places but nothing short of fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. we were provided with towels but no soap.
