A very comfortable and welcoming hotel, with excellent facilities and immediate access to the ski slopes, which was one of the prime reasons for choosing this hotel. We had lunched at their slope-side restaurant, Le Grenier, on previous occasions and were sufficiently impressed to want to stay at the hotel itself. We weren't disappointed! In particular, all of the staff were excellent, and every one of them made great efforts to ensure that our holiday was a great one - which it was. Thank you to all of them for their diligence.
The location was perfect and we were able to get into our accommodation early which was a bonus as the poor weather had meant that the lifts were closed so no skiing. The staff in the office were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English which helped as my French was a little rusty. It was lovely to have the beds made and towels laid out and it was a lovely surprise to have bathroom and kitchen products available for our stay. Overall it was excellent service.
Chalet Rose is a beautiful property and very highly appointed. Lots of thoughtful details throughout that we weren't expecting. There were lovely toiletries in the bathrooms, hair dryers, a bottle of wine and even beers in the fridge! It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything you needed and more! The children loved the table tennis and pool table and the gym was also very good.
The appartement was very nice and cosy, as if you were staying in a chalet. The indoor parking under the appartement was a luxury, by this the car was always available to get groceries etc. Everything we needed was there. Pierre assisted us very well and was always on time for the pick up to the ski lift. Thank you for letting us stay at your appartement!
It was a very nice stay! every penny spent worth it! we stayed there with my wife, 10-year old baby and a dog - all were happily enjoying the time there! Hotel is very convenient if you have kids: while 1 parent is skiing, another one can spend really good time in big Baby zone inside the hotel.
Amazing hotel. Next to the ski lifts and sport hiring shops. Fantastic staff, great food, beautiful room with the view of the mountains. We really enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi after our ski.
The hotel is authentically rustic and contemporary at the same time. Our bedroom was lovely, a good size, with a great view. superb food, friendly ambience. Ski in, ski out. Heaters for your boots.
Great location, wonderful views over the village. Easy access to the button lift by a short walk from the property and a short walk down into the heart of Saint Martin.
Very clean and warm.
The property has a lovely cedar interior and smell to it. My suit was very comfortable with large balcony. Spa is excellent! Views are amazing! Gondola is across the hotel.
