At check-in, I told the staff that I am a light sleeper and I requested a room in a corner where there is noise. Yet, he gave me room at the first floor right at the main road and at the top on hotel’s main entrance door. There was no air conditioning. I couldn’t sleep whole night. Around 2:00 am I called the reception for help with noise coming from the people smoking atvthe entrance of the hotel , laughing and shouting in different languages…. He said we can not start air conditioning and we don’t have any other room for you. I spent all night fighting the heat and noise. I am a frequent traveler and I never write a bad review unless it is really merited. Even the attitude of the staff in the restaurant next morning for breakfast was so condescending! I will avoid this hotel at any cost! A tiny room where you can not even easy open your luggage does not matter…. What matters is if you can rest and sleep at night….. otherwise you can also spend the night at the airport… why pay so much for a hotel room?

The location is good for getting into the City quickly on the Metro. It is a quiet location and we didn't spend much time in the area during the day. we went to church in St. Agnes for Sunday Mass and we ate out near the Metro on 2 evenings. The Meat Steakhouse (not bad) and La Nonna (better). We had Pizza from the Pizza Hut that was great late at night. We did a bit of shopping in the supermarket near the Appart/Hotel and found the owners very friendly and chatty. We had a drink in the Tabac/Bar opposite and did the Lotto while waiting for a shower to pass. We really didn't spend long enough in the area to do it justice as I would have liked to walk around there a bit more and see some of the Bois de Vincennes and the confluence of the rivers Seine and Marne. Another time perhaps.

Saint-Maurice borders on Charenton which borders on Paris.
Saint-Maurice borders on Charenton which borders on Paris. Both districts lie on the southern edge of the Bois de Vincennes which thus is very easily accessible for walking, jogging, cycling, rock-climbing, and for its zoo. Although they are technically beyond the Paris city boundary they are well connected by metro and buses.
We ate very well at Le Chalet https://maps.app.goo.gl/vEWuprJMRGKTqoRx9 and can recommend it.

The experience was pleasant, the linen very good, the area is very beautiful. The connection with the center is very well done by metro or bus, so much so that you have to reserve an extra half hour of your time. This place offers privacy, the area is very quiet, full of greenery. The building and the room are very spacious. Was very good! I will come back definitely.

We were there for Paris and stayed at St Maurice because of the great deal we got at this hotel. If you want to visit Paris, then include long commutes in your planning, although it is well-connected to Paris by buses and trains. Other than that, it is a nice, green, beautiful area.
First time in an Ibis Budget hotel and definitely hooked for life now. Extremely affordable, great value with all the necessities, uncluttered, basic room with toilet, shower, basin, beds, towels, TV and a small desk area. Room was cleaned daily and room was left spotless every time. Reception and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even after we arrived after 2am the first night as a result of transit delays. Breakfast which we had the one morning was delicious, plentiful, fresh and not at all expensive. Extremely highly recommended!
In general the apartment was fine. There was a nice air conditioning which enough heat for the room. Anti-noise windows which was nice. The bathroom and appliances for cooking was fine as well. It had the appearance of fairly new equipment at the room, with USB by the bed to charge your phone while resting. The neighborhood was great with subway, bakery, supermarket, restaurants nearby. You can arrive at any time in the night and you'll be able to open the door of the hotel with your card. It was a good experience.
The service ist great and helpful
The room was very clean and comfortable. It's a perfect place to stay in Paris for a regular price.
The place is a bit outside, but I think it's nice because it's a quiet and warm place to get out from Trouble...from the hotel to the city you need maybe 30-60 minutes by metro/train. In front of the hotel is a bus station which you can use or a train station 15 minutes by walk.
Very welcoming and helpful receptionists day and night
Comfortable Bed
Soundproofing
Well Equipped Kitchenette
Big Space to open luggages
Silent Community
Still walkable metro station like approx. 10mins of walk
affordable eatery around the area plus nearby grocery
(Hotel is still under renovation)
The staff is very friendly and rooms are clean. In the end, the location is not so bad. There are restaurants and shops nearby. ~2km away you can take the metro to the centre quite cheaply. There is an underground parking close by where you can safely leave your car, also quite democratic for Paris.
The staffs were accomodating and friendly. They see to it that the guests are well taken care of.
It was an extraordinary service that they even kept some of our luggages when we went to Strasbourg.
I wish all hotels have such an amazing staffs
The staff was very nice and friendly. The location is also perfect with public transportation all around the hotel. Not far of Paris. The bed size was also perfect (a large bed for my part just like I asked). Very soft and comfortable
Great location close to the metro station. Large apartments for family stay. The beds were comfortable in main bedroom, as well as the sofa bed. The hotel also has reasonably cheap parking to leave the car and discover city by metro.
Staff very kind and helpful. Large room with en suite kitchen area. Good beds. Very quiet room on the north side. 5 minute walk to subway. Easy access to the A4 highway. €10 per night garage fee with direct elevator access to hotel.
The apartment is nice, well-decorated, and has many facilities like kitchen, etc. The price is reasonable compared with other apartments and hotels in Paris. The location is fine, quite near several public transport stations.
Nice stay in Paris at an affordable price. A bit far from metro/train station, but manageable. Comfy room but a bit chilly in there. Bathroom ok with hairdryer. Overall, a good place to spend the weekend.
In general everything fine, regular Ibis budget hotel, good price, location is Ok for visiting Paris, 30 minutes by train to Paris city center +15 minutes walking to the train station from the hotel
The Staff was nice, they were nice in general. There was a man who was really polite but I forgot his name. By the way, another thing that I liked it was the hotel was cleaned. I liked in general
Everything about the aparthotel was excellent. The services, staff and everything the apartment had to offer exceeded our expectation. Nothing was lacking
