The appartment is big and really modern, everything was super clean and working perfectly. The host was extremely kind, had even some juice, milk and snacks prepared for us upon arrival. The location is also really good, just a couple of minutes away from the center of the city.

Selestat was a very well placed town to explore the Alsace...
Selestat was a very well placed town to explore the Alsace region of France. It was smaller than both Strasbourg and Colmar and centrally located between those towns. Selestat had the same charm of these larger towns and we were able to make easy day trips to the larger towns and the many small villages in between. We took a week to allow easy exploration of the region, including some of the Vosges mountain range.
Selestat had a good range of casual and higher end dining options, but without the crowds of bigger towns.

Historical town centre.
Historical town centre. Helpful and friendly tourist office in main square and get a map to follow so that you don't miss anything as lots to see. A must is the Bibliothèque des Humanistes, also in main square, really worth a visit. Lots of choice of restaurants or options for a lighter lunch.

Selestat is small city which has much to offer both...
Selestat is small city which has much to offer both culturally and gastronomically. Parking too is easy to find and often free. Another advantage is its close proximity to all those pretty wine villages which most tourists visiting Alsace want to visit.
Pretty nice and clean apartment in a quiet area - perfect for our 5-nights-family trip.
Comfy beds, clean and nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen and cleaning equipment.
Free parking was always available in front of the apartment on public street.
Patisseries are in walking distance to get some fresh croissants in the morning and big supermarkets are a 3min drive away only.
Selestat is a good base for visiting Straßburg and Colmar and it is totally worth walking through the old town of Selestat as well.
Would clearly book again.
We spent one night in the hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The hotel seems to be newly renovated and the design of the room and the aspect of the entire house is outstanding. Very comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom. Loved the nespresso machine in the room!
The breakfast was excellent.
We had dinner in the restaurant! It was a remarkable experience, very tasty dishes cooked with fresh ingredients from the region. Highly recommended!
We came by car, the hotel has a large parking place and a lovely garden!
Reception very friendly and helpful, breakfast very good, lots of choice. Parking at hotel easy and secure. Although hotel was busy, restaurant was popular, didn't hear any noise, slept very well, no noise from road. Hotel is about 2.5 kms from Sélestat centre which we would have walked but we took the car to drive to town centre as part of the road is busy with traffic and there is no pavement but the drive is a short drive. Hotel has a pool and I think a sauna but we didn't use either.
Nice B&b close Sèlestat Town center. Very typical house with courtyard and small dining area. We had attic area with sloping roof and wood beams.
Nice and collaborative owners.
Good point to see Alsace's old villages, first of all Sèlestat. Suggested place.
Breakfast Is not included but you can have It for €8.5
Good relationship between quality and price.
The location was superb and getting into and out of the car park on Saturday, when there was a market in progress right next to the guests' cars, was not a problem. The building has been very tastefully restored and is a perfect introduction to the history of Selestat. And the city itself is much more interesting and attractive than we had thought.
Lovely, homely, cozy small hotel. A lot of charm, with a convivial lounge.
Individually decorated, comfortable room
Set in a beautiful garden , by the river
Excellent "table d' hóte " dinner. Great value
Very good beakfast with fresh products
Very helpful hosts and staff
The appartment is very well equipped and is ideal for short-term rental. It’s all new and quite comfortable for a family. Michel, the host, was very responsive before and during our stay. The flat is ideally situated in the center of the beautiful little town of Selestat.
It was very affordable, yet clean and peaceful at the same time. Despite it being right in the center of Selestat, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. It fulfilled our needs and would stay here again. I really enjoyed being able to walk to everything.
It's definitely one of the best hotel chains in this price range. Clean, with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. The hotel is close to KFC, McDonald's, and Buffalo Grill - I definitely recommend visiting the last one. 👌 Also the hotel has a free parking
Comfortable rooms and beds, large cuisine with full equipment and large living room with nice furniture, perfect place in the middle of wine rout of Alsace and near Europa park. Kind and helpful owners.
We hope to visit Alsace again in the future.
The apartment is ideal for a family, (we had two adults and two small children). The apartment is a short, pleasant walk to the historic part of Sélestat, and there are bakeries, groceries, and restaurants nearby.
We spent only one night on our trip through Alsace and this hotel was excellent choice.
Clean and cozy, beside the road, but not noisy, with big shop across the road if you need something for the trip.
This is a great place to stay in Alsace. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. They even helped us find an ancestors home from an ancient black and white photo. Would definitely stay again.
The location is in the city center. The city is surrounding in the middle of Alsace which can go anywhere.
The apartment is fully furnished but need some new decorations and better cleaning.
Very nice hotel with great breakfast! The pool area is small as well as the pool and it was windy all the time while we were there. However it was bice to have a pool to relax for a bit.
The host is responsive and very helpful. She answered all our questions - not only apartment related but also some personal questions. ❤️ Our first time in France was great.
