Very clean and quiet! We did not have breakfast at Ibis Budget. Overall, our stay was exceptional; I would very much recommend it to friends.

The historic nature of the hotel and it's location are very impressive. We ate in both restaurants and although different in style, both the food and service were very good.

Lovely clean property, peaceful surroundings. Comfortable double bed upstream, although the sofa bed was quite creaky, fine for children though. Lovely breakfast brought to the property in the morning.

We always end our trips to France with Senlis. The Chinese restaurant (le Nouvel Iris d'Or) there is delicious, and the Cathedral fascinating. We love that they have kept the cobblestone streets in the historic center.

We stayed one night on a cycling holiday, very comfortable. Wish there had been a kettle. The staff were outstanding, helping us to lock our bikes away safely and opening up again when my husband left a bit of kit behind. They really went out of their way. Please do pass on our thanks.
20 minute walk into Senlis. Were lucky enough to catch the market and bought an incredible picnic.

A beautiful, medieval city, of which we only scratched the surface. Certainly worth talking a full walking tour around the city...it is simply breathtaking with ancient architecture and fabulous cobbled streets.
We ate at a lovely restaurant in the evening, with great food and wine and a buzzing atmosphere...would return to Senlis!

Maybe we had bad luck with the room and this is a one off expirieince.
Since it is a budget hotel and we were just there for an overnight stay, I don't have to many expectations. The room was clean, the staff was very helpfull and there is sufficient parking/food options around the hotel.
However the bed was horrible I am quite a tall and big person and for me it felt like I was lying on a board. The matras did not provide support.
My girlfriend who does fall more in the "standard range" of weight and height had the same issues. For that reason I won't be booking a room at the estblishment again.

It is a small medieval town close to Paris but completely separated from the city, including the normal urban and interurban mass transit lines. There are some bus lines that connect the town to the city but, by and large, it exists as a separate administrative entity (Departement). This makes it a good introduction to small-scale France, away from the big urban centers, without having to travel long distances. Nearby Chantilly, famous for horses and forests, is more well-known, particularly for its whipped cream desserts, but Senlis is more down to earth. On the flip side, it is not a "destination" city, just a charming old-world town. Anyone looking for a transformational experience may be disappointed but the town makes up for it in 'authenticity', including several traditional, non-tourist-y restaurants.
This is a lovely and relaxing location. Our room was quiet and restful, and the communal kitchen was a bonus. Also, I believe we were upgraded, although I wasn't told so. I reserved the smallest room, and the room we were given was very spacious. This was the perfect destination to get a good night's rest, then make an early departure for Charles de Gaulle airport. Also, the town of Senlis is very beautiful.
Location was great - just a few minutes' walk from central Senlis and the cathedral. Street parking was available, although a bit of a squeeze, and the key was easy to collect from, and return to, the key box with the code provided.
Apartment was well specified, with a washing machine and kitchen appliances. We didn't get to use them much as we were out early travelling for most of our three day stay.
Nothing couldn’t even get in the room had to leave and travel back to England instead.
Staff were not on hand to help anywhere.
No one answered the phone.
The sister hotel (ibis) next door just said they couldn’t help.
We were left stranded and ended up sleeping in the port at Calais.
Shall be writing a letter of complaint for a refund.
Words cannot describe how poor the service was.
This is a small B& B within a larger home in the center of the old town in Senlis. It was a good location for us in terms of accessing CDG the next morning. Senlis itself is charming for sightseeing. The room was large. We had to negotiate two sets of narrow stairs to get there. The yard was lovely and the hostess, Isabel, was kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple and adequate.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We got a ground floor room, as requested. We were arriving quite late and stayed in contact with the kind receptionist. The room is larger than in most hotels like this.
I liked the mattress, my partner found it too soft.
What I expect from Best Western Plus but hardly ever get. Very easy to get to from main highway from Lille to Paris. Plenty of parking by the hotel. Comfortable beds. Restaurant on the premises. The hotel smelled very nice and was clean.
Francine was an amazing host, the room was really big and comfortable. She gave me good restaurant recommendations (go try Le Tibet!). The location is central to the lovely town of Senlis and the place itself is wonderful. Recommend 100%!
Charming B&B, great location, very comfortable, nice breakfast. And Fabien was a great host! We stayed in Senlis as simply a close village for a layover near CDG. Was total impressed with the town and the Fab house!
The rooms were simple but nice, breakfast was delicious, the staff polite and friendly. Free parking. A nice getaway from enormous Paris. A charming town of Senlis is 5 min ride and definetly worth visiting.
I was pleased to give this hotel a good review four years ago and found, when we went there again, that it was still as comfortable, clean and well appointed as before. We were able to park near our room.
The breakfast was delicious. The Cafe au Lait was the best I've ever had.
On our first day we ate lunch in their restaurant. It was a delight. Everything set the standard for our trip to Paris.
Caroline and Nicolas are really nice people..Senlis is exceptionally beautiful. The rooms are great and nicely presented and the food is fantastic. Thank you Caroline and Nicolas - we'll be back
Our host met us at the house and gave us the keys. He was very flexible about the time, which changed twice during the day we were to have arrived due to traffic getting to Senlis.
The location was perfect for us attending a wedding in Senlis—a 20-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from where the wedding reception was held.
