It is very unique and an original and unusual way and place to spend a night. It suited us as we were on a budget and driving down to the south of France, needing to stop on the way and wanting an experience. The Roulotte was sweet and clean and nicely designed and well fitted out. The bathroom is fully plumbed with hot water which was good. We had a sweet breakfast basket left outside for the morning. The guy was friendly when we arrived late.

Staff were very friendly. Stored bicycles for us with no fuss. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and again staff were very friendly and good service. Room was basic, clean with a good bed was excellent, had a great nights sleep.

Tannay is a very small town with limited facilities. The Patisserie and well stocked grocery store with Bar/Restaurant at the small station is about all facilities visitors can expect. Wonderful country walks and a layover from the small Leboat canal depot is the main attraction.
