Very welcoming host, large room, bed and bathroom. Easy parking and good access to the autoroute. The evening meal was very good but maybe a little expensive.
It is a useful overnight stop from Calais to the south coast and a nice change from the usual chain hotels.

First and foremost, the location was absolutely stunning and ideal for exploration, be it horse riding, cycling, or fishing, the garden and shared lounge area provided perfect spaces for relaxation and unwinding with the picturesque river and garden views as a wonderful backdrop.
Breakfast was served by Kristof, and it was nothing short of a culinary delight. From the impressive buffet and continental options with even local specialties and freshly baked pastries and a nice glass of Champaign.
But what truly set my stay apart were the two golden retrievers on the property. Their presence was not only lovely but also incredibly affectionate, contributing to the overall charm and warmth of the establishment.

The room we stayed in which was on the ground floor was exceptional with most amazing paintings on the wall. The food was very different as the host cooked a large piece of beef on a spit over a large fire. All very nice
