The location was idyllic. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food was excellent, with locally sourced products and wines. The hosts were the definition of welcoming and convivial. After seven days on the road, this hotel was the peaceful, welcoming rest we needed. Highly recommend it to anyone travelling in the area.

This is the place to stay if you are looking for genuine ' French Period' chic. The old family house has been beautifully done up and you are right in the middle of the town square in the charming small village of Galan, the hosts are very thoughtful and kind and the breakfast served outside is second to none. Definitely recommend over the other Le Clos, which I have also recently stayed at (unless having a swimming pool is important to you). There are 3 restaurants (one of which is a 3 Star Michelin) all within walking distance of your B and B.

We were made to feel special and also enjoyed the personality of the owners, Andy and Jules. They have great style and they really cared about our comfort and the positive experience of our stay.
It is easy to get around the roads are good and straight forward and not busy. We put on a few nights and ate in on others. Breakfast was great.
