Location was great for us. We didn't stay for breakfast. The room was lovely but a little tired, as were the bathrooms. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food and service was exceptional. As an overall package this Hotel was great, an oldy woldy charm with brilliant staff. It exceeded our expectations.

I travelled alone with my son and this property was quiet, secure and in an excellent location for walking to the local attractions & train station. The room was large and clean, breakfast was fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Perfect small, family run hotel. Close to the train station (but far enough away from any noise), close to the 'centre ville'. The Chateau and Cité ate about a 15-20 minute walk. Really nice, friendly, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, cold cuts, cheese, fresh breads and croissants as well as cereals, and toast etc. My room was small but adequate, bed was really comfortable. Would visit again. Thank you for making my visit to Carcassone so enjoyable.
