Location was great for us. We didn't stay for breakfast. The room was lovely but a little tired, as were the bathrooms. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food and service was exceptional. As an overall package this Hotel was great, an oldy woldy charm with brilliant staff. It exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is a place for seminars with accomodation, 10 minutes walk from the railway station, 25 minutes walk to the castle. Our room was very simple and quiet, view to the inner concrete yard, like most of the rooms. It was May, we stayed at the hotel for three nights, then for personal reasons we had to stay there for two nigths more.

We had an early flight out of Carcassonne so we chose the Kyriad for it's proximity to the airport. The hotel is located on an industrial/retail park but was easy to find and well signposted. The Reception team were very friendly and efficient. The room was basic but clean and quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable. There is a restaurant on site and we had a drink at the bar. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from using the pool area but it looked well designed outside. It was approximately a 10 minute walk to the airport so we saved on the cost of a taxi.
