The setting of The Nags Head is stunning being directly next to the river with facilities that are fantastic. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious and tea/coffee was constantly topped up with local products. The breakfast choice was also great, again using Welsh ingredients. Evening meals are available which should definitely be tried, as the food choice and quality is top notch. This is the 3rd visit and we will be back!

The host messaged me twice before my arrival making sure I had all the information I needed.
There were teas and real coffee and milk and sugar in the kitchen in case we were late or not prepared. Toothbrushes too. Everything was there that we needed and that we could have forgotten.
Everything about the 'Nags Head' was Right !!
We were greeted by the Friendly staff, who were always there to help with any request.
The whole place was so clean & spotless; Bedrooms, Bathroom; Dining, Breakfast & Bar Lounge areas.
All amenities were modern, décor was very fresh, Beds were superb, Shower was very Good,
Meals were cooked well, generous portions & so tasty
The 'Nag's Head' at Abercych, really is a splendid place.

A brilliant b&b set in stunning scenery.
A brilliant b&b set in stunning scenery. Spotlessly clean room with wonderful organic products to use in the bathroom. Set along side a small river, the setting is idyllic. Food in the restaurant was great and as vegetarians there was plenty of great choices.

A really nice quiet place close to the quaint village of Cenarth and easy driving distance to the wonderful Poppit sands and Cardigan. The Nags Head is a great pub for food with a beer garden outside. The Penhill Inn is more of a drinkers pub (I don't think they serve food) but is worth a visit as Abdul (not sure if he was the landlord), was really friendly and we enjoyed our chat with him. Try the Moho local beer - it's delicious! We only stayed one night but would like to go back and explore more walks around the local area.

The village is very small.
The village is very small. 'The Nag's Head' is clearly the centre of the village, with regular customers including families, making for a very friendly pub. The outside play and sitting areas are well used. The village is convenient for Cenarth, Newcastle Emlyn and Cardigan, so a good base for exploring the area.
