Hospitality at its best. Loved this cosy luxury country house hotel. Stayed one night with husband and 2 year old son. This hotel might not be the first hotel a family with a young child would consider but the staff had thought of everything. There was a changing mat, nappy bin and even a little bathrobe for our toddler. They helped me organise a babysitter so that we were able to dine at their amazing restaurant the Fernery. Think The Pig and I'enclume and add a bit of warmth. We loved everything about this hotel. Big fireplaces, large comfy sofas and lovely, uniquely decorated rooms. Staff were all lovely and friendly, especially the staff at the Fernery.

Very nice beach and our guesthouse (East Llanteg) was great, and there are many fun things to do nearby and places to eat. I would not however, go to the New Inn to eat as the service we got was quite a lot ruder than I wanted.

Amroth is a village with one road which travels along the seafront, There are 4 pubs/ bars and 1 cafe. we frequented two of these pubs and the cafe. All were clean friendly and served good food albeit they finish quite early 8:30 to 9ish. We like to eat quite late evening. so didn't particularly suit us. We ate at the Rib and Oyster in Kilgetty on the Friday night. This was great, We had a wrap from the wrap shack on the South Beach at Tenby which was freshly made and delicious. Would recommend both these places and The New Inn in Amroth!

This was a very relaxing break.
This was a very relaxing break. Anne-Maria was very friendly & made the most delicious breakfasts. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable with an en-suite shower room plus a roll top bath in the room. There were complimentary Easter eggs, Welsh cakes & bottled water with a variety of drinks available. Toiletries, soft towels & hairdryer were also provided. The bed was very comfortable too. Its location was close to Tenby & had good road links. The Boar’s Head at Templeton was a great pub for an evening meal & so was the fish & chip shop at Saundersfoot. We’d highly recommend this beautiful farmhouse destination.

Wasn’t clear hot tub was log fired
Wasn’t clear hot tub was log fired
Hot tub was therefore not hot on arrival therefore not useable
Spoke to Sam from Amroth BayHolidays - said it would take an hour or more to heat up and we would need to buy more logs than provided
Couldnt do this on first night as didn’t arrive til late
First morning - no hot water in shower. Phoned Sam. Tried what he suggested, didn’t work. He said someone would be round.
No one came. No hot water in shower.
While out we bought logs, kindling, fire lighters.
Started burning logs at 4.00 for the hot tub.
All
Logs burned by 6.00 and getting a bit warmer
Drove to buy more logs at 6.00.
By 7.00 no warmer.
The people in the hut next to ours were in their tub within an hour
We gave up on heating the tub at 8.00 it was barely warm after 4 hours of burning logs. Such a waste of time, wood, money, petrol to buy more logs .
We booked this hut specifically because it had a hot tub, only it didn’t. We spent about 20£ in logs etc and burned them all with no effect.
The shower was barely warm.
There was one loo roll. Luckily I found one in my boot.
We could have stayed in Tenby for lots less than these two nights cost.
This was for a special occasion for my daughter and I , first hot tub weekend for her.
I would like a partially refund please. I paid over 200£ for this and would like 80£ refunded please.

The weather was terrible which spoilt it a bit for going out but as the apartment was so wonderful we didn't mind just chilling watching the beautiful sea views and watching Christmas films on TV something that we never get to do back at home, but I'm sure in the summer it is a lovely place to stay as most of the cafes and shops were closed for the winter
