When we arrived we were met by Lottie who had a welcoming smile .
We had booked late online and had requested a twin room for myself and my daughter , some rooms are double /twin but are doubles unless requested, but house keeping had gone home as we did book late but dispite the staff having a busy day with a large party , Lottie and Dan went above and beyond and sorted our room to our request .
Our room was clean and comfortable .
Breakfast was lovely served by Brad and again good service .
We will certainly return .
