We stayed here when my wife was running the Manchester Marathon. Great place with quirky but well highly executed decor. Amazing bar/restaurant downstairs. Room and restaurant were as dog friendly as promised.

Breakfast was okay but the room was not good, covers with stains and TV temperamental. Also the window got stuck open.
