Staff were friendly but not there on arrival. Had to wait approx.15 minutes before any staff appeared at the reception. Rang reception later on 3 different occassions but got no response.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean with nice little touches like a personalised welcome note and some sweets to enjoy! I ate in restaurant and the food was delicious, they were offering a 2 course Spring menu which had enough choice to make it a good option for my 2 night stay.
