Great staff, good breakfast, nice location and quiet. Owners were very accomodating with our problem over the allocated room size. I was however dissappointed with Booking.com (Not Longstone House) with the room description accuracy on booking.com web site.

Beadnell is a lovely friendly place.

Beadnell is a lovely friendly place. Very laid back, quiet and with great places to eat and drink. We ate at the Craster Arms. Food is excellent but be sure to get there early as it’s mega busy. Staff are very friendly. If you like walking it’s worth going to Seahouses, about 3 miles and you can catch the bus back. Nothing to dislike, would go back if ever that way again.

Lovely and quiet at this time of year. Beaches, coastal paths and dunes amazing for walking - very dog friendly cafes and pubs - The Landing, Craster Arms and Beadnell Towers. If you want shops, easy drive to Seahouses.

Beadnell is now a mainly tourist village, with a lot of new houses and more being built. But this is because it is such a good location, right next to the sea with the coast path, the wide and long sandy beaches and tiny old harbour. for a small places there are quite a few places to eat, and a shop. It is very popular with people with dogs, and kite-surfers!

Beadnell is a busy destination during the summer.

Beadnell is a busy destination during the summer. It has good beaches, several coffee shops and restaurants to suit most people. The Courtyard Coffee shop was particularly handy for a quick bite to eat. A Fish and Chip van is parked near the village shop but you would need to check opening times. Very good local village shop which is clean and well stocked. Food, Gifts cards, Ice cream, drinks, newspapers magazines wine and beer. You can walk between the village and the harbour. There is a caravan park and several chalets to rent out. There are a number of places to park but at weekends and peak times it’s a little more tricky. A short car ride away is Seahouses and in addition Beadnell is a good base to explore the Northumbrian coast.

Excellent location for Farn Islands and Holy Island.

Excellent location for Farn Islands and Holy Island. Only complaint is there are very few restaurants or pubs nearby and the cafe closed at 5pm. Accommodation is very good value for what we paid and is roomy and comfortable for 2 people.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, well equipped with lots of extras too such as tea, coffee, sugar, ice in freezer, toiletries and cleaning products. It was clean and tidy with good furnishings. The apartment is in the middle of the village with couple of minutes walk to The Craster Arms pub and restaurant. Beadnell as a village is great to walk into Seahouses and to the Beadnell harbour and beach.

In the centre of Beadnell village, a great position. Inside the furnishings are comfortable and not too fussy. Good shower. We were there in chilly February and the house was lovely and warm in the evenings.
