Amazing suite, great location, lovely 4 poster bed. There were 2 tv sets--one in bedroom, one in sitting room. Breakfast was good. We loved it and will be back to stay again!

I made a mix up whilst booking, the owner of the hotel telephoned me in person the next day to reassure me dates could be changed and not to panic. She even very kindly threw in a room upgrade. The Customer Service was excellent and the hotel and location were fab too, as was the big breakfast!

The room was the best one I've had, on this fourth stay! It's all lovely and full of character since the refurbishment. All the history and beauty of Lincoln comes alive here, and the staff being so friendly really makes it!

Room clean and facilities good, bedside light and table light bulbs missing.
Bathroom was excellent but the position of the flush button was awkward, I used the handle of a brush get flush to work.
