The staff were very friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable and we asked if they could do something about it. The next day they changed the mattress for a new one which was perfect.

I made a mix up whilst booking, the owner of the hotel telephoned me in person the next day to reassure me dates could be changed and not to panic. She even very kindly threw in a room upgrade. The Customer Service was excellent and the hotel and location were fab too, as was the big breakfast!

Good sized clean room on ground floor , easy and plentiful parking . Evening meal was nice enough but portion sizing was a bit smaller than we expected for tje cost and style of American diner .
