Excellent welcome by the gentleman on reception, sorry, never caught his name, but he was lovely. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly, room was good, and we had a lovely weekend. Parking plentiful, grounds well cared for. Great place to stay.

Stayed 1 night, Lots of people checking in could not access their rooms due to key cards not working. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, did not get much sleep. Car park was packed with 2 large coaches taking up lots of room. Drove round 3 car parks several times before someone departing vacated a spot. Car park appears to be used for airport parking long stay. Bathroom was tiny, had a problem getting in due to tight access round the door. Would not stay here again.

It is very handy for an early start at the airport although you do have to pay for parking and Wi-Fi in the bedrooms which I would normally expect free. Food was only in the restaurant and extremely below par. No bar snacks which would have been nice as we were only stopping for a short while overnight and didn’t really want a big meal. Some areas such as the restaurant could be improved. We booked at last minute because of poor weather and we had a early flight, and the hotel is absolutely spot on, our room was lovely and warm and the bed very comfortable for a very good night's sleep 💤. Paid more at Travelodge before and no way as good as this hotel, will definitely be back again when flying from Leeds Bradford 😀...
