It is a nice hotel, I really liked it (as I mentioned in my public review). They’ve upgraded my room, it was very spacious, warm and cosy. Cleanliness could be much better, also bad that they don’t check if things are out of order. Would like to come back and try spa (looked very tempting!). We didn't ask the question but our guess is that this hotel has changed hands recently and is in the process of being restored / redecorated. There weren't many guest as far as we could tell, and not many staff, enough to handle the number of guests. The staff also seemed relatively inexperienced.
